Wiring of magneto horn is from magneto post on coil box to one terminal of horn. Other terminal of horn has a wire that runs up the steering column to button which grounds that wire to the steering column. On the button you have there should be 2 terminals rounghly both the same. The wire goes to one of them. Theo other terminal has (and is probably missing) a very thin piece of flat brass stock that has a hole at each end and is bent such that it goes down the edge of the button and is sandwiched between the horn mounting foot and the steering column. If your hardware store has one of those hobby brass stock stands then pick up a piece of the thinnest flimsiest brass sheet you can find and cut a piece about 1/4" wide and bend and drill it to fit. Unfortunately that thin piece of metal falls off when the screw is taken out. As I recall that metal piece is sort of a "Z" shape.
